$52,000-$75,000/annually DOE Job Requirements:
Thoroughly review estimates with owners and clients.
Responsible to estimate each assigned project to ensure quality estimates and meet customer expectations.
Required to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing Responsible to create budget for input into project management software.
Provide VP of Operation with hand off package for Project Managers.
Estimate change orders when appropriate with assistance of Project Manager Assist with reviewing budget and scope for buyout as needed to perform scope within budget.
Perform on-site job visits.
Conduct bi-weekly meetings.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Job
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent Have valid driver's license 3
years experience in Construction field Engineering, Construction Management degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 - 8 years' of estimating experience within the construction industry.
