15pm EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Greet customers upon arrival - Answer multi-line phone and return messages - Provide information to prospective customers about our lessons, pricing, etc.
- Register swimmers for lessons - Manage daily scheduling of instructors - Collect payments via cash, check, and credit card transactions - Copy, file, fax, and email - Control inventory - Light cleaning duties - Other duties as required GENERAL
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word (required) - CPR and First Aid certification (required, must be obtained within 60 days of hire) TO APPLY:
