7 Loomis, CA Loomis, CA Part-time Part-time $22 - $25 an hour $22 - $25 an hour Koinonia Family Services is seeking a qualified individual to work as a part-time Social Media Coordinator in its Marketing Department.
This is a mostly remote position in California or Nevada only.
The Social Media Coordinator collaborates with the Marketing team to create compelling content that drives engagement and increases visibility and brand awareness.

Work from home 20-28 hours per week.
Periodic in-person office meetings required for staff meetings and team building.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, ideally within a non-profit setting.
This can include managing social media accounts for a company, organization, or school project.
Experience in content creation using Canva and the Adobe Suite, and distribution across various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
utilizing post scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of and experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret the results to drive strategy.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creativity and the ability to develop and design engaging and original content.
Familiarity with web research techniques.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development, design, execution, and monitoring of email content, digital content, blog content, social media content and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the internal and external Marketing teams to develop creative solutions to meet marketing goals.
Assist with collecting, organizing, and interpreting data, as well as responding to complaints/inquiries on social media.
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will represent Koinonia on various online platforms, and should be capable of communicating our agency's mission and values.

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice and FBI as well as a pre-employment physical and TB test.
Also, must have a driver's license in good standing, reliable transportation for driving to appointments, and be able to meet auto insurance eligibility requirements.
